LANTERNS TO
HONOR ANCESTORS

KEN IGE / KIGE@STARBULLETIN.COM Members of Jodo Mission launched a boat last night filled with lanterns and the names of ancestors three miles off Honolulu Harbor. They paraded from their temple on Makiki Street to Pier 31 and towed the boat out to sea, where the boat sank.
