KEN IGE / KIGE@STARBULLETIN.COM Leigh Case blew a conch shell yesterday at Hawaiian Memorial Park to start a memorial service for 668 Hawaii State Hospital patients who died between 1930 and 1960. Because of a lack of funding, the remains were not buried until 1960.
