Jinki Asato, 87, of Kaneohe, a retired Y. Hata Co. heavy equipment mechanic, died June 14 in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Kohala, Hawaii. Kenneth F.A. Chan, 36, of Village Park, formerly of Papakolea, died June 10 in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. Sinatala Tulau King, 94, of Kaneohe, a homemaker, died last Monday at home. She was born in Manua, American Samoa. Alfonsa R. "Ponsa" Nacapoy, 93, of Honolulu, died June 15 in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, the Philippines. Patrick Yoshio Yamashita, 83, of Kailua, a retired Honolulu Gas Co. credit representative, died Tuesday in St. Francis Medical Center. He was born in Hakalau, Hawaii.
