Only one major film opens this weekend:

"Daddy Day Care" >> It looks like Eddie Murphy will rebound from recent flops "Showtime" and "The Adventures of Pluto Nash" with this comedy in which he plays a father who loses his lucrative dotcom job and finds himself in danger of financial ruin. So, in a moment of inspiration, he joins his other laid-off friends (Steve Zahn and Jeff Garlin) in opening a free-spirited "guy-run" children's day-care center in his house -- much to the chagrin of the owner (Anjelica Huston) of a more traditionally-operated rival center. Steve Carr, who directed Murphy's last hit, "Dr. Dolittle 2," is back at the helm.

And here's the new Mrs. LeBlanc, Kauai bride

LOS ANGELES >> "Friends" star Matt LeBlanc has said "How you doin'?" to marriage.

The 35-year-old actor, whose dimwitted character on the NBC sitcom purrs that catch phrase to woo women, married fiancee Melissa McKnight on Kauai Saturday.

The ceremony took place at night on a bluff overlooking Anini beach.

LeBlanc's "Friends" co-stars Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox attended.

The couple had been engaged since 1998. It was LeBlanc's first marriage and the second for McKnight, who has two children from that previous relationship.
