At the state Capitol yesterday, legislators gave out 200 baskets of toiletries and other items to homeless people at the Institute for Human Services. Rain and wind couldn't keep spectators from taking in a baseball game yesterday between home team Pearl City and Aiea. Aaron Ganigan, 13, withstood the adverse conditions by covering up in plastic next to parents Arlene and Abner.
