The 22nd Annual Hawaiian Scottish Festival at Kapiolani Park yesterday featured performances by groups like Jig This, Hawaii's only Irish dance school. Dancers performed "Slip Jig," a dance reserved only for women. The festival, which features games, food and medieval fencing, continues today from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free.

Cecilia Kim, a senior in the University of Hawaii Fashion Design and Merchandising Department, worked on placing flowers on a dress yesterday at Kahala Mall. Kim and her teammates were competing in "Les Fleurs Couture," where design students created fashions with flowers.
