COURTESY IMAGE Saturday's Get Up Kids concert at Pipeline Cafe has been canceled. Local promoter Goldenvoice said, in an e-mail sent yesterday, "according to their agent, one of the band members had a family emergency and had to return home to Kansas City. They also canceled their final date in Japan." All refunds on tickets can be obtained at the outlet where the original purchase was made. If tickets were bought at a TicketPlus outlet or charged by phone, those tickets must be mailed to the local TicketPlus office for refunds. The address is 1132 Bishop St. #1150, Honolulu, HI 96813.
