This dish was prepared by Alan Takasaki of Le Bistro on "Hawaii's Kitchen" Sunday. The show airs at 5:30 p.m. on KHON/Fox.

Kahuku Corn Salad

Kernels from 1 ear Kahuku corn
1 potato, sliced
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Handful mixed salad greens
2 tablespoons prepared vinaigrette dressing

Briefly sauté corn kernels in olive oil; remove. Sauté potato slices in same oil until crisp. Toss corn and potatoes with greens. Top with vinaigrette.
