ST. ANN'S CHURCH & SCHOOLS
The Heldt family -- Jenna, left, Alex, Jeaneen and Bruno -- served parishioners, family and friends at last year's Taste of St. Ann's. The annual event features restaurant chefs and church families serving their specialty dishes.

St. Ann’s tasty event

Buy a taste of 10 homemade dishes for just $6 at Saturday's "tasting party" at St. Ann's Church and Schools in Kaneohe.

A Taste of St. Ann's is an annual social event for the church family and community, now in its 10th year. Chefs from Haleiwa Joe's and Ohana II restaurants will join parishioner-chefs in making dishes such as rib roast, fried chicken, coconut chicken and raspberry dream cake.

The event runs from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the St. Ann's food court. For tickets call 247-3324.
