GET AN EARLY start to Valentine's Day tomorrow night with Miss Hawaii USA 2003 Alicia Michioka during "Raise the Love" at Aaron's atop the Ala Moana Hotel. The Kauai native has traveled throughout Asia as an ambassador for Hawaii's tourist industry and is a spokeswoman for HPD's M.A.I.L.E. Alert Program. She'll represent Hawaii at the Miss USA Pageant next month, to be televised on NBC.

"Raise the Love" takes place from 5:30 to 9 p.m. tomorrow, and part of the $15 ticket price goes to the Missing Child Center of Hawaii. Robi Kahakalau and Maunalua are scheduled to entertain. Call 536-8377 for more info ...
