Torian only knows that putting the bottle on his little brother's mouth makes Cedric happy, according to their mother. Sgt. Kevin Allen and his wife Karrie have five children and four of them, including Torian, Kailey and Cedric, have Fragile X Syndrome, a disorder causing mental impairment.
