WHAT A WEEKEND!

GREAT JOB, KIDS!: Big City Diner was alive with the sound of music as, from left, Katherine Clifton, Sam Roeca, Kim Anderson, Mary Arnold, Makayla Farley and Jack Smart gave an impromptu performance at the cast party that followed Friday's opening of "The Sound of Music" at Diamond Head Theatre. Clifton, Roeca, Anderson and Smart play four of the von Trapp kids. Arnold and Farley are understudies.

CONGRATULATIONS, JIM!: John Rampage, left, congratulated Jim Nabors, center, and Jimmy Borges after the closing performance of "Merry Christmas with Friends and Nabors" at the Hawaii Theatre on Sunday. Nabors did a stellar job as host and headliner, Borges distinguished himself as guest vocalist, Emma Veary was regal as always and Phillip Huber's cute dog marionette was so life-like it stole the show.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JENNY!: Jennifer Perri, front left, celebrated her 16th birthday with family, friends and pal Jake Shimabukuro, right, at Buca De Beppo on Saturday. Perri's manager, Mika Arata, left, and JVC/Victor Entertainment executive Takatomo Nozawa flew in from Japan for the party. Hawaiian Ryan gave Perri a hot "Bob the Builder" figure.
