Helen Matsue Kobashigawa Aquino, 83, of Pearl City, a retired Dole Pineapple Plantation packer, died last Saturday. She was born in Ewa. Bruce Roy Arter, 88, of Pearl City, a retired munitions inspector for the federal government, died Nov. 28 in Kapiolani Medical Center, Pali Momi. He was born in Fort Wayne, Ind. Dinah Dina Hoomanawanui Delpino, 77, of Kailua-Kona, a Door of Faith Church minister, died Nov. 26 in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Kainaliu, North Kona, Hawaii. She is survived by son Alfred Jr.; daughter Beverly Wagner Jr.; caregivers Lisa Himalaya and Mahealani Makua; sisters Martha Kamai, May Grover and Elizabeth Lee; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
