Mili’s roll continues
as Seattle triumphs

Associated Press

Itula Mili is on a roll. The former Kahuku High School tight end caught four passes for 55 yards yesterday in Seattle's 27-6 victory over division rival Arizona.

Mili's 27-yard catch led to a field goal and his 18-yard grab set up a touchdown as Seattle built a 20-3 lead in the second quarter.

Mili, in his sixth year with the Seahawks, has 21 receptions for 205 yards and is on track to break his career-best totals of 28 catches for 288 yards in 2000.

James Fenderson, who is called a jack-of-all-trades on the New Orleans Saints' Web site, made his fourth special teams tackle of the season in the Saints' win over Carolina.

Fenderson, a former Hawaii running back, also returned a kickoff for 21 yards. According to nfl.com, he was injured on the play, but details weren't available.

Jeff Ulbrich (Hawaii) made two tackles in San Francisco's victory over Kansas City.

Baltimore rookie Maake Kemoeatu (Kahuku) made one tackle in a win over Cincinnati, while Pittsburgh nine-year veteran Kimo von Oelhoffen (Molokai) made a tackle in a tie against Atlanta.

Seven others with Hawaii connections played yesterday: starting centers Dominic Raiola (St. Louis School) of Detroit, Olin Kreutz (St. Louis) of Chicago and Kevin Mawae (dad grew up in Hawaii) of the New York Jets; starting guards Toniu Fonoti (Kahuku) of San Diego, Chris Naeole (Kahuku) of Jacksonville and Kynan Forney (Hawaii) of Atlanta; and backup offensive lineman Adrian Klemm (Hawaii) of New England.
