Price of Paradise

NFL trumps POP on radio

The "Price of Paradise" radio show that normally airs Sunday nights on KKEA-1420 will be pre-empted tonight by an NFL broadcast. POP will return next week with a discussion that asks, "Can legalized gambling help Hawaii's economy?" The guest writers, who also will take part in the radio debate, will be gambling foe Ira Rohter and gaming proponent Jim Boersema. The Star-Bulletin's John Flanagan will host.
