ROCK BLAMED IN PUNALUU AUTO MISHAP

BARRY MARKOWITZ / SPECIAL TO THE STARBULLETIN A Kaneohe-bound vehicle hit a rock before doing a 180-degree spinout and striking a telephone pole along Kamehameha Highway in Punaluu yesterday, according to Honolulu Fire Department Capt. Kenison Tejada. No one was seriously injured, Tejada said, but traffic through the area was slowed.
