The session runs from 5 to 7 p.m. in room 200 in the State Office Tower at 235 S. Beretania St.
The training, sponsored by the Hawaii Pro-Democracy Initiative, will provide citizens with an understanding of requirements for campaign spending reports, common errors found in reports, and other information useful in reviewing candidate reports.
All information from citizen reviews of these reports will be submitted to the Campaign Spending Commission for further review.
