Roadwork to slow traffic

The state Department of Transportation warns motorists to expect delays and use caution at the following road projects this week:
>> One lane of the Kalanianaole Highway between the H-1 Freeway and West Hind Drive will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday through Friday. The work will affect one Honolulu-bound or one Koko Head-bound lane at a time.
>> One lane of the Pali Highway near Castle Junction will be closed 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday-Friday to install guardrails.
>> Two areas of the Likelike Highway will have one lane closed 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday-Friday. A lane will be closed Honolulu-bound from Valley View Drive to the pedestrian overpass at Kula Kolea Drive for construction of retaining walls. A Kaneohe-bound lane will be closed from Nalanieha Street to Valley View Drive.
