The festival is aimed at educating the community about the importance of mental, emotional and physical health.

Special attention will be given to mental wellness and feeling good, "to get beyond those blues that many of us have experienced" after the Sept. 11, 2001, tragedy, the association said.

The event is sponsored by the Maternal and Child Health Branch, Family Health Services, state Department of Health; Eli Lilly; Bristol-Myers Squibb; Pfizer; and Hawaii Psychiatric Medical Association.
