LOOKS LIKE THE ROCK: "The Rock" stand-in Tanuvai, left, and his wife, Sue, partied with celebrity photographer/makeup artist Russell Tanoue as Tanoue presented his Electric Piranha Room party at the Ocean Club on Saturday. Tanuvai and Sue were among the lucky ones who got into the club without waiting. Piranha Room, held the last Saturday of the month, has become a huge success even by Ocean Club standards -- word is that some people wait over two hours to get in.

SHINING FOR A GOOD CAUSE: Russell Tanoue, left, and Juliet Lighter celebrated another successful fund-raiser for "Photographer Russell Tanoue's Project Shine," a program that provides photo makeovers for victims of cancer and domestic violence, and encourages everyone to look within themselves to find true beauty.

BEAU CHECKS IN: Ocean Club General Manager Beau Mohr shared his aloha with Starr Gentry and Tracy Meheula as they observed the wall-to-wall crowd from the comfort of party host Russell Tanoue's reserved area by the aquariums. Dancers in bright Day-Glo costumes and a sensuous acrobat gave the event a striking visual ambience. Tanoue and Juliet Lighter, last year's Miss Hawaii USA, are holding private dance auditions at the Ocean Club at 6 p.m. Monday.
