OFFICERS GET SHAVED
IN SUPPORT OF CO-WORKERS

About 20 officers shaved their heads yesterday at Honolulu Police Department headquarters on Beretania Street to support two of their co-workers, Officer Lani Luna and Specialized Services Secretary Nani Aragon, who are both going through chemotherapy. Assistant Chief Henry Lau had his head shaved by hairdresser Jeanie Mai.

Nine-year-old Kevin McLain, a team member of the AYSO Diamond Head region's Purple Sonics, took steady aim yesterday evening as he prepared to shoot for a goal at a makeshift target during practice at Paki Park in Waikiki.
