A bomb technician and a dog inspected a car suspected of containing a bomb yesterday morning in front of Honolulu Hale. The car's driver, who said someone rigged a bomb in the car, also told police that he could hear their radios through his car radio. No bomb was found, and the man was taken into custody and sent to Queen's Medical Center for observation.
