Where are the poets?

Hawaii Pacific University is looking fore entries for its 3rd annual James M. Vaughn Award for Poetry, recognizing a Hawaii writer for an outstanding poem or group of poems.

The winner will recieve $500 and have his or her work published in HPU's literary magazine Hawaii Pacific Review.

Send three poems with a 100-line limit to the James M. Vaughan Award for Poetry, 1060 Bishop St. Suite 402, Honolulu, HI 96813. Submissions must be postmarked by Dec. 1.

Include a five-line biography with name and contact details on a cover page, but not on the poems. Call 544-1108 for details.
