Dozens of people gathered yesterday to honor soldiers lost during the Korean War during a special ceremony at the Korean War Memorial at the state Capitol. FRIGATE OPEN TO PUBLIC

Ensign Brice Perray took in the view from the bridge of the French Frigate Prairial yesterday. The 83-meter-long ship, manned by a crew of 89, is open for public tours from 2 to 5 p.m. today and tomorrow at Aloha Tower Marketplace. Children under 6 years old will not be allowed on board. Bags and backpacks are not allowed. For information, call 547-5852.
