[THE SEARCH FOR SIGNS OF HAWAIIAN LIFE]

art
Capt. Ned Holt of the 25th Infantry Division is stationed at Eagle base near Tuzla, Bosnia. "Last month, several soldiers from our base attended a multinational logistics conference in the German sector at Camp Railovac in Sarajevo. While we were there, the group visited Camp Butmir, Stabilization Force (SFOR) Headquarters just outside of Sarajevo. On the base we saw the restaurant in the picture and knew it was destined for the Honolulu Star-Bulletin." From left, Sgt. Pete Cornog, Capt. Ned Holt and Capt. Don Rucker, all stationed (usually) at Schofield Barracks, were standing in front.

"The Search for Signs of Hawaiian Life in the Universe" is just that: We're looking for evidence of Hawaiiana everywhere but Hawaii.
