The Cox Radio team, weighed in -- collectively, the group lost 100 pounds. Overall, 10 teams lost almost 1,240 pounds in 10 weeks.

messages encouraging safe driving

About 30 teens held signs along Lunalilo Home Road in Hawaii Kai yesterday reminding motorists to keep within the speed limit and encouraging traffic safety. Among the teens were, above from left, Cara Fukuda, 14; Jenna Leung, 14; Monique Licari, 12; Belinda Yuzawa, 12; and Mandy Maness, 14. Maness had a special interest in motorists slowing down as she was hit by a car in a crosswalk about a year ago.
