Patrick William Campbell, 63, of Keaau, Hawaii, a marine engineer, died last Thursday at home. He was born in Havre, Mont. Kok Ung Chee, 96, of Kahului, a retired First Hawaiian Bank employee, died July 2 in Hale Makua Kahului. He was born in Paia, Maui. Jane Y. Kaizawa, 80, of Honolulu, a retired Surfrider Inc. seamstress, died Sunday in Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Kohala, Hawaii. Tadashi Kamite, 83, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. Postal Service mail carrier, died last Thursday in Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Amy Emiko, son Dennis T. and daughters Lavonne Hara and Pauline Kamite-Dorsey. Private services.

Anela Kamilipua Kauhaihao, 3, and Kuulei Camille Kauhaihao, 12, of Waihou, Hawaii, will be remembered in a celebration of life 10 a.m. Sunday at the Kauhaihao residence in Waihou. Henry George Warren, 92, of Kailua-Kona, a retired owner and manager of a trailer park in Oregon, died June 27 at home. He was born in Custer, S.D. He is survived by wife Mary, sons William and James M., daughter Irene L. Murphy, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. No services.

Annie E. Leialoha Yamane, 86, of Kahului, a retired Maui Pineapple Co. factory worker, died Tuesday in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Paia, Maui.
