Manoa Cup champion Travis Toyama and 2001 state women's match play champion Stephanie Kono top the field for the fourth annual Callaway Hawaii State Junior Championship at the Hawaii Prince Golf Course on Tuesday and Wednesday.

An estimated field of 157 junior golfers will compete in four age divisions.

Other top juniors expected to play are Allan Baab, Burt Bong, Shaun Felechner, David Hahn, Lindsay Hong, Moses Kahalekulu, Pomaikai Shishido, Amanda Wilson, Gabriel Wilson and Lehua Wise.

Missing from the field is Michelle Wie, who is on the mainland for the summer working on her game.

The Hawaii Prince Golf Course will also host a Career Day on Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Sponsored by the Hawaii State Junior Golf Association, the event will feature information on occupations and career opportunities in the golf industry.

There will also be representatives from different fields -- physical fitness, mental training and coaching -- present to assist and answer questions.

The event is free and open to the public.
