Daisy Clarke Alexander, 94, of Haleiwa, a retired schoolteacher from Haleiwa Elementary School, died May 14 at Wahiawa General Hospital. Services: 10 a.m. next Friday at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Wahiawa. An obituary in Monday's paper incorrectly stated that the services would be today.

Fannie Aiko Chai, 70, of Keaau died Monday. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband David; sons Robert, Rodney and James; daughters Sandra Sugimoto and Terrie Ikehara; brothers Richard, Robert and Henry Chagami; sisters Ruth Otsuka, Nancy Kawamura, Lilian Yamamoto, Betty Koizumi and Jennie Tsuchidana; and 15 grandchildren. Memorial services: 11:30 a.m. tomorrow at Hanalani Schools, 94-294 Anania Drive, Mililani. Call after 10:30 a.m. Casual attire.

Florence Kawailiula Cude, 67, of Honolulu died Wednesday. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Larry; son Punahele Horiuchi; daughters Cheryl Horiuchi, Tai Schmidt and Michele Kaakimaka; sisters Victoria Mook, Leianuenue Cabael, JoHanna Major and Carlina Larson; brothers James and Earl Carinio; and nine grandchildren. Services over ashes: 6 p.m. Tuesday at Kaimuki Christian Church, 1117 Koko Head Ave. Call after 5 p.m. Casual attire.

Roy "Leroy" Ferreira, 51, of Hilo, died last Friday at home. He was born in Kau, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Haunani I.; sons Roy Ferreira and Kurt and Kyle Ng; daughters Roydene and Royann Ferreira, Kimberly Bigney, Kristie Ng and Mapuana Escritor; sisters Kathryn Hamilton, Shirley-Mae Jardine, Sheridan Camacho, Mae Yeraeau and Judy Reyes; brother Ross Flores; and 15 grandchildren. Gerald "Jerry" Allan Kard, 57, of Texas, formerly of Kaneohe, a retired equipment services chief for Northwest Airlines, died Sunday. He was born in Elizabeth, N.J. He is survived by wife Alice J. Kanekoa-Kard; daughters Nichole, Desirae, Cipriano and Koalani Turla; and four grandchildren. Services 10 a.m. Monday at Oahu Cemetery Chapel. Call after 8:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.

Nicanor Gamio Luna, 95, of Wailuku died Sunday in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by sons Hennessey, James, David and Ivan; daughter Velma Nakamoto; 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. tomorrow at Wailuku Door of Faith Church. Call after 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Maui Memorial park. Reception to follow at the church social hall.

Lum Chuck Pang, 84, of Wahiawa, former owner of Elite Market in Wahiawa, died June 20 in Wahiawa General Hospital. He was born in China. He is survived by wife Yuk Yee C., daughter Suzanne Inn Ling and three grandchildren. Taoist services: 9:30 a.m. tomorrow at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Carole Sheridan, 66, of Honolulu, a banking industry employee, died last Friday at home. She was born in Chicago. She is survived by stepmother Mary, son Damon Riley, daughter Darlene Ross and two grandchildren. Jerry "Gorilla" Wayne Tubbs, 54, of Honolulu, is also survived by stepfather Walter Schumacher Jr. and sister Viola Ramaila. Services: 1 p.m. tomorrow at Sand Island Beach Park. The mortuary provided incorrect information for an obituary published yesterday.
