Eichi Oki and George Yoshino, representing the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, laid a wreath yesterday at the base of the Brothers In Arms memorial at Ft. Derussy. It was in honor of the 60th anniversary of the 100th Battalion.

The Hawaii Historical Bottle Collectors Club sponsored the 30th Annual Bottle Show yesterday at the McKinley High School cafeteria. Russell Komori, a hobbyist, picked up one of his bottles on display to sell during the show. The show continues today from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.




PARADE CELEBRATES GAY PRIDE

The Gay Pride Parade yesterday started at Ala Moana Park, made its way down Kalakaua Avenue and ended at Kapiolani Park. The parade was part of a three-day series of events that began Thursday and ended yesterday. Austin Meisel took part in the march through Waikiki yesterday.
