Elizabeth Lee Berger, 88, of Washington, D.C., died Wednesday at home. She was born in Missoula, Mont. She is survived by Jean Bonner Pressey, Sheridan Pressey Collins and Margaret Pressey Wooding and seven grandchildren. Services to be held in Washington, D.C. Thelma Kanealai Elderts Chu, 83, of Kailua, a retired Liberty House retail supervisor, died June 14 in Honolulu. She was born in Hawaii. She is survived by husband Patrick D., son Patrick K.T., daughter Pasha Mamo Leong, brother Guy Elderts, six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Michael Louis Gibellino, 55, of Kailua-Kona, a retired insurance salesman, died last Tuesday in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Pennsylvania. He is survived by Kristi Gintz and Kelly J. Services to be held in Oregon.

Alexander "Alika" Robertson Judd Jr., 37, of Alburquerque, N.M., died June 13 in Alburquerque. He was born in Colorado. He is survived by father Alexander "Sandy" R. Sr.; mother Lethalia "Tweetie" K. Jones; hanai mothers Barbara Reconia and Doreen Judd; grandmother Lena Mendonca; brothers Randy and Rocky Jones, Sam Casey and Fred and Marvin Judd; and sisters Bobbie-Jo Verano and Loretta Santana. Pauline Vegas Soto Kahao, 69, of Pahoa, Hawaii, died June 9. She was born in Kalaheo, Kauai. She is survived by husband George, son James, daughter Leilani Magno, brothers Louis and Marcelino Soto, sister Josephine Soto and four grandchildren. Ernest Pascua Latorre, 64, of Pearl City, a retired Honolulu Fire Department battalion chief and a Honolulu Community College fire program lecturer, died June 7. He was born in Hilo. Larry Alapaki Samson Olpendo, infant son of parents Larry and Cherie Olpendo of Waialua, died June 10. He was born in Honolulu. Maria Zabala Soriano, 90, of Hilo, a retired Naniloa Hotel room maid, died Friday in Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. She was born in the Philippines. She is survived by son Ruben; daughters Alecia Martins, Eladia Mejia, Jose-phine Prestosa and Caroline Barangan; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
