Andrew W.Y. Chang, 70, of Honolulu, a retired contract specialist with Pacific Air Force 15 Air Base Wing at Hickam Air Force Base, died May 24 in Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. John Enos Jr., 65, of Honolulu, president and chief executive officer of Ideal Construction Inc., died yesterday in Honolulu. He was born in Hilo.
