Harold P. Luscomb Jr., 76, of Hilo, a retired corporate executive at C. Brewer and Co. and a member of the board of directors for Lyman House Museum and Friends of the Library, died Thursday in Kaiser Medical Center in Honolulu. He was born in Turtle Creek, Pa.
