Have a Jamba for free

If you're thirsty tomorrow morning and in need of a little jolt of vitamin C, stop by Jamba Juice for a free 24-ounce smoothie.

From 6 to 9 a.m., the eight Jamba Juice locations on Oahu will be giving out smoothies while collecting donations for the American Cancer Society-Hawaii. On Friday the promotion moves to the two Jamba Juice shops on Maui, also from 6 to 9 a.m.

The local shops hope to raise $10,000 for the Cancer Society. Last year's effort raised $150,000 nationwide.

Smiles net prize for 2 tots

Two toddlers from Honolulu made the finalists' list in the French's "Sweetest Smile" contest, a nationwide search for the cutest grins in the US of A.

Devin Chozen-Hartzell, age 1, and Valerie Treuherz, 3, are two of the 25 finalists selected from among thousands of entries.

Devin is the son of Annabel Chotzen and Will Hartzell.

Valerie's mother is Canan Treuherz.

Their winning smiles earned them a gift basket of food and other goodies from French's.
