William Diama, 77, of Papaikou, Hawaii, a retired head dispatcher at Hawaii Electric Light Co., died Sunday in Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Papaikou. Katherine D. Gacayan, 82, of Pahala, Hawaii, a homemaker, died Wednesday in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Kamuela, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Leopoldo Ancheta, Randolph Ancheta, Gerald Gacayan and Roland Gacayan; daughter Elena Polinar; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Millicent Disco Hallan, 95, of Honolulu, an retired English and drama teacher and docent at the Honolulu Academy of Arts, died March 25 at home. She was born in Connecticut. Kenji Ito, 76, of Honolulu, died March 20 in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Richard; brothers Fred and Frank; sisters Ruth Terao, Alice Muraki and Emmy Kiyabu; one daughter; and three grandchildren. Private services.

Ushi Kaneshiro, 102, of Pearl City, retired owner of Iwilei Chop Suey, died Wednesday in St. Francis Medical Center-West. She was born in Okinawa. She is survived by sons Kenneth "Seichi" and Wallace "Kiyoshi," daughter Lillian "Yuriko" Clark, 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
