Entry will be limited to the first 3,000 fans only.

7 Hawaii athletes honored as students

Predrag Savovic headlines a group of seven Hawaii athletes to earn Western Athletic Conference All-Academic honors for winter sports.

Savovic, a senior honorable mention All-American, was the lone representative from the men's basketball team. He had a 3.25 GPA.

Christa Brossman -- with a 3.93 GPA -- and Jade Abele made the list for the Rainbow Wahine. Jillian Saldana, Brandie Smith, Sara Farr and Michelle Vos from the swimming and diving team round out UH's group of honorees.

A total of 53 WAC student-athletes made the cut. To be eligible, students must have completed one academic year, participated in at least half of the team's games and maintained a 3.2 GPA.
