Waikiki Elks Club chaplain Mark Moore, center, carried the ashes of late Honolulu professional boxer Carl "Bobo" Olson yesterday afternoon, taking them to the water's edge to be scattered at sea during ceremonies in Waikiki.

Above, James Twyman displayed the 90-foot Children's Peace Cloth he brought to Hawaii to show on Saturday during the Aloha Peace Day program at the Kapiolani Park Bandstand. The cloth was created by students from Washington state.
