FESTIVALS

Saturday: Night in Chinatown, Chinese New Year's street festival, expected to have 10,000 participants. 9 a.m.-11 p.m., closing all traffic lanes and sidewalk areas on Maunakea Street (Beretania Street to Nimitz Highway), Pauahi Street (River to Smith streets), Hotel Street (Richards to River streets), Richards Street (Beretania to King streets). PARADES
