Because of the popularity of Sunset on the Beach, the city and its partners decided to take the event to different communities one weekend each month. The first community to host the event outside of Waikiki was Kailua. The two-day event took place this past weekend at Kailua Beach Park and proved to be just as popular with the crowd..
