Policarpio Grande Agustin, 91, of Pahala, Hawaii, a retired heavy equipment operator at the former Kau Sugar Co., died Sunday in Kau Hospital. He is also survived by wife Margaret. The mortuary provided additional information for an obituary published yesterday.

Anna Oi Sun Arizumi, 76, of Mililani, a retired bookkeeper, died Jan. 17. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Richard "Jiggy" Jr., John and Thomas; brothers Richard and James Wong; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services.

Leome T. Briggs, 92, of Honolulu, a retired schoolteacher, died Wednesday in Arcadia Retirement Residence. She was born in Maville, N.D. She is survived by son Thor, daughter Miki McFadden, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Services: 3:30 p.m. today at Arcadia Chapel. Aloha attire.

Mary Medeiros Chang, 85, of Pearl City, died Tuesday. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons Robert and Doug, daughters Luckie Sarne and Patricia Kekahuna, 15 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. James Chew Hung Chun, 78, of Honolulu, a former military police officer, died Wednesday in St. Francis Medical Center. He was also a retired supervisor for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Planning & Estimating. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Ruth L.; daughters Patricia Ann Chow, Karen Gayl Webb and Leslie Lynn Urubshurow; brother Dr. Raymond C.K. Chun; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Hisashi "Bobby" Hamada, 84, of Hilo, a road grader operator for the former Hilo Coast Processing, died last Saturday in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honohina. He is survived by son Leslie Hamada; daughter Amy Jay; brothers Roy M., Hideo and Kiyoshi; sisters Kay Sunakoda, Betty Suzuki and Kim Umeda; a grandson; and three great-grandchildren. Robert Pinckard Henderson, 85, of Hawaii Kai, a medical doctor in Hilo and Honolulu, died Sunday in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Kalamazoo, Mich. Harry Jen Jui Ho, 65, of Honolulu, died Thursday in St. Francis Medical Center. He was born in China. He is survived by wife Anita, son Francis, daughter Christine, a grandchild, a brother and three sisters. Private services.

Laura Fong Ho, 93, formerly of Honolulu, an occupational therapist, died Dec. 15 in New York. She was also an artist, calligrapher, musician, federal court reporter and teacher. She was born in Shanghai, China. She is survived by sisters Mae Soong and Mary Sun, and a granddaughter. Donations suggested to the Honolulu Academy of Arts' upcoming Shanghai exhibit.

Timothy M. Hodges, 44, of San Bernardino County, Calif., a telephone cable splicer for California Communications, died Monday in California. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Nancy; sons Jason M. Crook, Timothy E. Hodges and Joshua A. Crook; daughters Susan Martin and Jasmine N.L. Jose "Joe" Guzman Juliano, 76, of Waipahu, a retired employee for the Philippine government and the Honolulu Club, died last Saturday. He was born in the Philippines.
