>> Zacarias Rivera, Leilehua basketball: The 6-foot-3, junior forward poured in 30 points to lead the Mules to 61-58 win over previously unbeaten Pearl City.

GIRLS

>> Jerri Fauate'a, Lanai softball: The freshman tossed a no-hitter and shut out King Kekaulike twice in a two-day span last week. She led the team to a 7-0 win on Jan. 10 and a 2-0 win the next day. She struck out nine over the two games.

>> Derrick Low, Iolani: Scored 27 points in the Raiders' 70-52 win over Punahou. The sophomore made 10 of 14 field goal attempts in the game.

>> Bobby Webster, Iolani: Complemented Low with 18 points, making 7 of 10 shots from the field against Punahou.

>> D.C. Daniels, Kalaheo: Scored 24 points to lead the Mustangs to a 75-41 win over Roosevelt.

>> Curt Leong, McKinley: Scored 27 points in the Tigers' 53-48 win over Kahuku and added 17 in a 45-39 loss to Castle.

>> Jenoa Aiko, Roosevelt: Pitched a four-hit shutout and went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead the Rough Riders to a 7-0 win over Farrington.

SWIMMING

>> Hong Zhe Sun, Iolani: Won the boys 100-yard freestyle and 100 backstroke and was a member of two victorious relay teams to help lead the Raiders to the team title at the Kalani Invitational.

>> Ashley Swart, Kaiser: Won the girls 500-yard freestyle and 200-yard individual medley at the Kalani Invitational.

>> The Hawaii High School Athletic Association has released its swimming and diving consideration standards. Those who meet the standards automatically qualify for the state championships.

The Local Motion State Swimming and Diving Championships are set for Feb. 22-23 on the Big Island.
