Dec. 1-Jan. 3: Parking ban for Christmas season, no-parking tow-away zones. Honolulu area: 6 a.m.-10:30 p.m. on Kapiolani Boulevard, makai side, South Street to Atkinson Drive, Keeaumoku Street, both sides, Liona to Makaloa streets, Kaheka, Ewa side, and Makaloa streets to 800 Kaheka St. Pearl City area: 9 a.m.-9 p.m. on Puu Kula Street, inner curb Nos. 808-926, Hoolaulea Street, makai side, and Waimano Home Road to Hoomalu Street.

Dec. 20-Jan. 2: No lane closures due to holiday season lane closure restrictions.

PARADES
