Dora Kekulanani Maioho Braun, 83, of Honolulu, a retired social worker for the state of Hawaii, died Dec. 4 in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. Lyllah Joan Marie Pohaikahanuokealoha Candido, infant daughter of Chad A. Candido and Johnelle M. Johnson, died Dec. 3 in Ewa Beach. She is also survived by grandparents Antone Jr., Geraldine Candido, and John Johnson and great-grandparents Antone Candido Sr. and Clara Bonnett. Cornel Butch Canto, 62, of Wailuku, a retired heavy equipment operator, died Tuesday in Honolulu. He was born in Wailuku. Richard Wayne Fardal, 68, of Kailua, a retired dermatologist for Kaiser Permanente, died Nov. 27 at home. He was born in Minneapolis. Nina J. Lincoln, 72, of Kailua-Kona, a retail manager for the former Liberty House and Andrade's department stores, died last Friday in Kona Community Hospital. She also was a curator and docent for the Hulihee Palace in Kailua-Kona. She was born in Honolulu. Charlene "Char" Morolt, 32, of Oregon, owner of Hawaiian Island Cafe in Forest Grove, Ore., died Dec. 3 in Oregon. She is survived by husband Earl "Keoni"; daughters Apreale, Desirae and Johnelle; mother Bernice Oshiro; and sisters Michelle Faildo and Maureen Adams. Gensuke Nakandakari, 91, of Honolulu, a retiree, died Dec. 5 in Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Hakalau, Hawaii.
