Roadwork to affect
traffic flow in regions

Key areas include the H-1
freeway and Waialae Avenue

Oahu motorists are advised of the following lane and ramp closures between today and Thursday:

>> H-1 freeway, eastbound, left lane, between Keeaumoku Street overpass and Punahou Street overpass, closed 9 p.m.-5 a.m. Tuesday to Thursday for lighting and electrical work.

>> H-1 freeway eastbound between Pali onramp and Piikoi onramp, right and shoulder lanes closed Tuesday for lighting work.

>> Piikoi Street onramp to H-1 freeway eastbound, intermittent closures, 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., for barrier, traffic signal and roadwork.

>> H-1 freeway Punahou Street offramp, 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. for barrier, traffic signal and roadwork.

>> Waialae Avenue, one lane from Ekaha Avenue to 17th Avenue, closed 9 a.m.-3 p.m. for utility work.

>> Waialae Avenue outbound frontage road, one lane from 16th Avenue to the Waialae Avenue overpass, one lane closed, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., for utility, curb and gutter work.

>> H-1 freeway between Koko Head overpass and Pali overpass, lane, ramp or shoulder closures.

>> Fort Weaver Road lane closures at intersections between Laulaunui Street and Renton Road to install hoop detectors, and from Geiger Road to Laulaunui Street for pavement striping, Tuesday to Friday, northbound closures 9 a.m.-4 p.m.; southbound closures 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
