Lourdes Butin Castillo, 71, of Waipahu, a retired employee for Leeward Community College, died Sunday in St. Francis-West Medical Center. She was born in Ewa. She is survived by sons Juan and Oliver; daughters Irene Gascon, Ligaya Tolentino, Sandra Torres, Josephine Guions and Mary Lynn Saramosing, and Rosalinda, Edna and Adeline; brother Filomino Butin; sister Dolores Barayuga; 41 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Joseph "Joe" Tim Fook Char, 74, of Honolulu, a retired systems analyst for the state Department of Taxation, died Nov. 1. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Joni C. Abraham Charles "Jackson" Cockett, 72, of Wailuku, a retired painter for the county of Maui, died yesterday. He was born in Puunene, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Darly; sons Eric, Michael, Mitchell, Russell and Sheldon; daughters Dell-Fin Yoshida and April; brothers Edmund K., Lawrence M. Saturnina "Nina" Baligad Coloma, 83, of Waipahu, a retired employee for Dole Cannery, died Oct. 21. She was born in the Philippines.
