The senior ran her career-best 5K time of 20 minutes, 6 seconds, an improvement of 1:36 over her previous best finish on her home course.

Christian Madsen, Hawaii Pacific: The great Dane improved on his time from the previous week by 49 seconds in winning the BYUH Invitational at Laie last Saturday. On a humid morning, Madsen ran the 8K course in 25:51, easily outpacing the rest of the field. "I wasn't as tired as last week," Masden said.
