Sotera Dacoscos, also known as Sotera Daraog, 100, of Colonial Heights, Va., formerly of Wahiawa, died Aug. 15. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by daughters Leonisa Biacan and Irene Daraog, grandson David Biacan and great-granddaughter Jessica Biacan. Wake: 7 p.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary- Waipio, mauka chapel. Wayne Kekapuhili McNicoll, 73, of Hilo, a travel agent, died last Saturday at home. He was also a musician and a World War II Veteran. He was born in Hawaii. Sarah Tsuruko Nakamura, 84, of Honolulu, died Aug. 13. She was born in Puunene, Maui.
