William Kekuapaele Donnelly, 77, of Honolulu, a retired controller for the Board of Water Supply, died Aug. 4 in Straub Clinic and Hospital. He was born in Waikiki. Walter "Professor" Leo Niakala Godin, 64, of Honolulu, founder and professor of Godin's School of Self-Defense and Keiki Martial Arts of Hawaii, died Aug. 7.
