A. Pedro "Pete" Agraan Acio, 53, of Waipahu, an employee at Kuro Builders Inc., died July 31. He was born in Ilocos Norte, the Philippines. He is survived by wife Leonora "Leonie," son Peter, daughters Lorelyn Leal and Lorie Acio, parents Francisco and Maria, brothers Rodrigo and Alejandro, sister Prepedelia Asis, and two grandchildren. Sarah Kalae Kane Kawailima, also known as Tutu or Kupuna Kawailima, 84, of Honolulu, a hula and feather lei instructor at Waianae Culture and Arts Kupuna Program for the state Department of Education, died July 30 in Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center. She was born in Lihue.
