Charles "Charlie" Itsuo Akemoto, 77, of Pearl City, a retired U.S. Army chief warrant officer 4, died Saturday. He was born in Keokea, Maui. He is survived by wife Teruko "Alice," sons Wayne A. and Ronald T., and brother Richard Y. Services: 11:30 a.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Inurnment: 2 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire. No flowers.

Willis Tai Yeat Au Hoy, 94, of Honolulu, a retired federal worker, died Saturday at home. He was born in Hanalei, Kauai. He is survived by brothers Harrison, Sam and Norman, and sisters Hana Hiu, Esther Leong and Alice Lee. Graveside services: 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at Diamond Head Memorial Park. Casual attire.

Logan Nainoa Fujimoto, 18, of Honolulu is survived by grandmother Sally S. The mortuary provided incorrect information for an obituary published Wednesday.

Monique Maria Gilbert, 62, of Aiea died June 7. She was born in France. Scotty D. Hancock, 55, of Hilo, a Vietnam veteran with the U.S. Navy, died May 17 in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Liberty, Miss. Graveside services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2.

Joe Hernando died Saturday. He was born in the Philippines. Robert Lopaka Kekoa, 79, of Kaneohe and formerly of Waiohinu, Ka'u, a retired truck driver at the Pearl Harbor Navy Station, died last Friday in Aloha Nursing Home. He was born in Waiohinu, Ka'u. He is survived by wife Caroline K., stepdaughter Lillian Kema, stepson James K. Nuhi, 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Services: 7 p.m. Wednesday at Borthwick Mortuary.
